R & R Interior Design 365 was created by husband and wife duo Regina and Robin Reaves. The two met in college while working in a home design store. After starting a family and raising two beautiful girls, years of purchasing, selling and interior designing their own homes, they decided to utilize their talents to help others beautify their homes. The philosophy and foundation of their work is centered around three principles. INSPRE. DESIGN. CREATE. INSPIRE others through DESIGN and CREATE a space you can call home. INSPIRE the world around you by loving what you do and being a source of positivity. DESIGN the world that you want to live in and don’t settle for anything less. CREATE a legacy that speaks to others for future generations to come.

Regina Reaves has over 15yrs of success in design and property management working with some of the biggest Real Estate Investment Trust in the country. She has held a regional position and managed over 16 properties in the greater Charlotte area. This has allowed her to form great relationships with employees, residents and vendors, how to manage timelines, set proper expectations and understand what it takes to make a house feel like home. Her level of professionalism, training and expertise allows her the vision to see the solution where others may see a problem.

Regina’s design style and ability to adapt and transform spaces cannot be taught but has to be practiced and curated over years of experience. She has a God given talent and is operating within her blessings. R & R Interior Design is a manifestation of what she believes in...INSPIRE.DESIGN.CREATE. Robin Reaves has a background in being a leader in the real estate and home/auto insurance field. He has been recognized as a top real estate agent in his office and has won multiple awards for being a top leader in insurance. These accolades speak to the quality, care and concern that he brings to R & R. Practicing real estate daily, he is able to pick up on designs in homes that are attractive to buyers and bring a greater return on investments.
